Anti-scam principles
- No unrestricted anonymous stranger messaging.
- No automatic exposure of mobile number, email or home address.
- No user-posted payment links, crypto requests or unofficial payment QR codes in recovery chat.
- High-risk claims and money-related actions require stronger verification.
- Suspicious accounts, devices, messages and claim behavior are risk-scored and can be restricted.
- Important Admin actions are designed for role controls and audit logging.
Reporting a concern
Use the in-case safety controls to report suspicious messages or claims. LOFOR Admin reviews high-risk fraud signals in the Fraud Command Center and preserves the decision trail.
